Raphael put on his coats made of bear fur and his boots, pulled up his hood, and left the cabin with a torch. When Raphael opened the door, the snow from the storm began to enter the house, but when Raphael left the cabin, he closed the door behind him, stopping the snow from coming in.

Raphael lit an oil lamp and began searching for the source of the loud noise. He gazed at the dark, starry sky. The cold and heavy snow didn't help, but Raphael had grown accustomed to this new life.
