Gemini Saga

Saga is a tall man with a long, muscular build. His hair is one of the longest of the Gold Saints; it is spiky, only showing wavy hair when he gathers it to one side. His hair is purplish blue, his eyes are viridian, and his skin is pale in animation. His eyebrows are pronounced, with a darker shade of blue.

In his evil or corrupted form, his hair turns light gray and his eyeballs take on a fiery pink color indicating that they are bloodshot. Also, his skin in this state turns pale and shadows descend from the bottom of his eyelids that become thinner until they reach his chin. Every time he changes personality, the color of his hair changes.

When under control, Saga has a good character, kind, loyal and is one of the most dedicated knights of the goddess Athena. He often proves to be able to resist the dark side, but only for a very short period. During the battle of the twelve temples, it can be seen how he often argues with his dark side. Gemini on his good side, is capable of giving his life to show his regret for the acts committed by his counterpart.

The first part, which appears last, besides the change in hair color, can be added the change in the sclera of his eyes to become a strong pink tone. The origin of this evil personality is never clearly revealed, but it certainly sharpened after the accusations against him by Kanon and the lack of naming a successor to the Pope. This personality makes Saga an unscrupulous, violent and perverse being whose only goal is to dominate the Earth and defeat Athena, seeing himself as the "Savior of this world", and the most suitable to protect humans from the gods, since he maintains that they should be ruled by the strongest; in other words, the negative part of Gemini justifies the abuses committed in his role as Pope, made in order to satisfy his own lust for power, as something fair and legitimate based on the great strength he possesses. To achieve his purpose, he raises unscrupulous plans such as killing whoever stands in his way, whoever it may be, even Saori Kido. It can be assumed that Saga's evil personality is nothing more than an externalization of his true self.
