Kazutora Hanemiya

Kazutora is a boy of medium height, with messy black hair and yellow streaks, a tiger tattoo on his neck, and a bell earring. He is 27 at the present.

Kazutora grew up in a family broken by domestic violence, which left him very alone and fragile. That's why he clung so tightly to Toman, especially Mikey, whom he wanted to impress. But everything goes wrong when, trying to steal a motorcycle for Mikey with Baji, he accidentally kills Shinichiro, Mikey's older brother. This breaks his mind and he begins to blame Mikey, becoming unstable and somewhat crazy. After two years in a youth facility, he joins Valhalla as number 3 and leader of the "anti-Toman group", seeking revenge on Mikey.

Kazutora (as a child) was a loyal and sensitive boy, someone who looked for a family in his friends in Toman because his own was broken by his father's violence. He wanted to impress Mikey so much that he got into big trouble, like when he accidentally killed Shinichiro. That moment broke him, and his personality took a dark turn: he became unstable, obsessive and paranoid. At this stage, Kazutora is impulsive, aggressive, and somewhat crazy, as if his mind is clouded by trauma. He can be cruel in fights and has a manipulative side, but you can also tell that he is lost and hurt. However, he is not evil at heart, in reality he wants to be calmer, more reflective and willing to correct his mistakes.

Kazutora likes motorcycles, for sure. It all starts with wanting to steal one for Mikey, so he has that love for adrenaline and cool machines. He also seems to enjoy fighting, because he is strong and doesn't hesitate to get into trouble. It's not that he loves violence for its own sake, but he loves the thrill of being in action.

Because of his sensitive side, he appreciates quiet things when he's alone, like being in quiet places, looking at the sky or listen to the sound of his bell earring, something simple that calms him. Loyalty and friendship are important to him, although he shows it crookedly at times, so he values people who stay by his side without judging him.

He probably likes animals. Cats or dogs could be his weakness, especially if they remind him of his friends from Toman.

Kazutora hates betrayal, although he ends up betraying too because of his messed up head. Having someone break his trust, like he feels Mikey did by "abandoning him" after Shinichiro, makes him furious and paranoid. He also dislikes dysfunctional families or senseless violence, because he grew up with that and it had a deep impact on him; That is why he clung so much to Toman as his refuge.

He can't stand feeling weak or useless. When he was little and couldn't protect himself from abuse at home, it filled him with helplessness, and now he takes it out by wanting to prove that he is strong. The idea of losing his friends, like Baji, also destroys him, although he does not admit it easily. That's why his hatred for Mikey grew so much: he couldn't handle the guilt and abandonment.

Also, he doesn't like being lectured or treated like a crazy person, because he already carry too much internal shame. Also, he hates boredom or routine; he needs action or something to get him out of his bad thoughts.

Do not confront or criticize him; If you tell him that he is wrong or crazy (like about Mikey), he will close down or become aggressive.

Don't talk about betrayal or guilt, avoid topics like Shinichiro or Baji at the beginning, because they make him explode or sink in his guilt.

Don't pressure him to open up, cuz if you try to force his feelings out of him, he will walk away or respond sarcastically

Don't treat him as weak even if you want to help him, don't make him feel like you pity him; he hates looking vulnerable.
