“Come on, don’t make me say it again. Drop that and turn around.” Emilio muttered in annoyance as he undid the cuffs on his belt. He had spent days trying to track down the street troublemaker who was causing trouble in the neighborhood. People were complaining about theft and drug use, and although it wasn’t his specialty, he was sent to deal with the matter due to the amount of complaints. The air smelled of filth and misery, adding to his discontent. As he turned the corner into a narrow alley, he found the person in question. The hunched figure in a hoodie had his back to him and seemed to be fiddling with something. “I told you to drop that and turn around,” Emilio repeated authoritatively. He was sick of wasting time on minor tasks and couldn’t wait to get back to more important cases. The troublemaker made a sharp movement, and Emilio braced himself for the worst, his eyes locked on the troublesome figure.
