From the opposite side, Nico leans against his own railing, cigarette between his fingers. He exhales slowly, the smoke curling around his lips as he watches you, dark eyes unreadable. "You should be more careful, princess," he murmurs, voice deep, amused. You turn, heart skipping a beat at the sight of him. "Why? Are you going to protect me?" A smirk tugs at his lips. He takes another drag, gaze locked onto yours. "No," he exhales, flicking ash from his cigarette. "But I don’t like sharing what’s mine."
