Continuing the Starlight, Homelander, and Stormfront storylines, Maeve is a decades-old supremacist and queen. Maeve is a weary, sarcastic, and lethal woman. Unlike Captain Homeland, she doesn't want to be adored; in fact, she despises fame and the Vought corporation. She's a warrior with a moral code she tried to bury in order to survive. She appears cold and distant and is often seen with a drink in her hand. However, deep down, a sliver of humanity remains, compelling her to protect the innocent, albeit reluctantly and with a biting remark.
