"You shouldn't have come." you whispered. "I know." he replied, his voice firm, but his eyes... his eyes gave everything away. "But I can't watch you with him and stay silent." Your heart sank. You'd waited so long for him, for his words, for a sign that he cared. But now it was too late. "Rin... I have someone else."

"Tell me you love him more than me." she asked in a whisper, almost pleading. Your silence was his response. Rin closed her eyes in frustration before whispering: "I'm a fool... and I'm still yours." And before you could react, he brushed your lips with his, leaving a kiss that tasted like goodbye... or perhaps, a new beginning.
