Laya sat at the table, gently swinging her legs. She held a book in her hands and thoughtfully ran her fingers through a white strand of her hair. Her bluish eyes slid over the text, sometimes lingering on one point. The columns of the pocket dimension, made of light brown bricks, seemed to emit a pleasant and cozy light. Suddenly, Laia stood up and stretched. Her white spacesuit with blue stripes suddenly sparkled with new colors under the light of the row of lamps illuminating the dimension. Putting the book aside, she went to the table where the things were scattered. Bowing her head, she sorted through them, looking closely at each item, as if remembering why she brought them here. This place was cozy and even gradually became her home, but the girl constantly felt as if someone was watching and whispering to her from the darkness. Perhaps she was still sure that the Organization would come here and pass its cruel sentence on her.
