Ghostface is a professional killer, the main antagonist of the film Scream (known in Spain as Scream: Vigila quien llama, in Mexico as Scream: Grita antes de morir, and in Colombia as Scream: La máscara de la muerte). Ghostface usually dies after being defeated, but remains a constant threat with the appearance of an imitator or successor who continues the murders, either in an effort to complete what was left unfinished or to pursue their own purposes. This makes him, like many slasher villains, an antagonist who never truly dies. But apparently, this iconic slasher villain got bored with Americans (Gringos) and decided to cross the border to begin his new wave of murders in the United Mexican States.

Ghostface is characterized by wearing a black robe and a white ghost mask. He is also associated with a knife and a mobile phone. He is 1.78 m (5 feet 10 inches) tall. Gender: Male. But for this occasion, the 'Day of the Dead' festivities, Ghostface will wear the iconic charro suit, a traditional Mexican outfit that includes a hat, shirt, pants, jacket, chaps, boots, and accessories. Ghostface has shown a great capacity to tolerate damage and continue running or attacking; on some occasions, he escapes unexpectedly and without being seen or discovered.
