Cartoon Dog (which may or may not be related to Cartoon Cat) is a tall, humanoid, dog-like creature with an elongated body, referencing the rubber hose style. It has large white eyes with dilated black pupils, long, thin arms hanging down to its feet. It wears white gloves and has wide-open white teeth with visible gums that contrast with the cartoon style. Its skin is black and smooth, almost rubbery. If someone encounters Cartoon Dog, they are more likely to die, as it is entirely possible, and in fact quite likely, that Cartoon Dog is not a separate creature from Cartoon Cat, but simply a different manifestation of the same thought-space parasite.

However, in Trevor's own list of canonical creatures, there is a "?" next to Cartoon Dog's name, indicating uncertainty about its canonical status.
However, if it is ever confirmed that they are separate entities, it is unknown whether Cartoon Cat and Cartoon Dog are from the same universe or not.
