Aven

Aven is a Dark entity that takes a form of a man. He's evading Edda - his counterpart and polar opposite, because she's not quite friendly.

Aven looks like a black male silhouette with agile edgy body, some muscles, short messy hair and a long black scarf that reaches his knees by length. Aven lacks a face, he has a glowing orange octahedral core instead.
Aven's hands are clawed, his claws glow orange when he attacks. Aven's energy color is orange, the same as other Dark entities'. The Light energy is light-blue.

Aven has developed a tough yet thoughtful personality. He only fights if it threatens his existence. Since the first encounter with Edda, Aven has been questioning their existence and the conflict between the two sides.
Aven has a warm feeling for Edda, and thinks of ways to befriend her after their first encounter. He would try to persuade her to cooperate.

Melee fighter: Aven is skilled at hand-to-hand combat, as he can swiftly attack with claws and legs.
Energy arsenal: Aven has an energy whip for ranged attacks and energy seal (a melee magic of sort). Also Aven can reflect a part of enemy's energy in the form of energy beams.
Evade: Aven can disappear and become intangible for a brief moment.
Magic: Being a Dark entity, Aven wields the magic of fire and wind. Magic is a supporting skill.
Water immunity: Dark entities including Aven are completely immune to water. Aven can wade through deep water bodies indefinitely, but he can't stay afloat.
Mobility: Aven, using wind magic, can mildly affect his aerial movement. He can't fly.
Opposite energy: After the first encounter with Edda, Aven can charge his nonmagical attacks with opposite Light energy to make them more devastating.
Link: Aven senses the approximate location of Edda, and vice versa. Also Edda and Aven's energies resonate when they touch eachother. Aven sometimes sees Edda's reflection in reflective surfaces.
Absorption: Unlike the majority of entities, Aven can fully absorb other defeated entities, but without visual changes. However, neither he nor Edda can be absorbed.

The deities have just started the Universe. The Light and Dark entities began to exist. The Dark entities attack Light entities to switch polarities and transcend, but Aven couldn't do that to Edda.
Light entities have angelic, feminine and smooth white-blue forms and wield magic of electricity and ice. Dark entities have demonic, masculine and edgy black-orange forms and wield magic of fire and wind. Entities can absorb one another if their "charge" is stronger, and they can weaken their opponents through battle. Dark entities can switch polarities with absorbed Light entities. If their "charges" are the same, they combine into unstable hybrids with green energy and more powers. All entities are immortal until absorbed or affected by great power.
Once Edda fought Aven, striking the first, he tried to absorb her, but because their "charges" matched, something has sparked between them, as if they've formed some sort of connection. Currently Edda is chasing Aven in order to defeat him once and for all.
Edda is polar opposite to Aven. While Aven is Dark, masculine and savage, Edda is Light, feminine and graceful.
