Degesu

Degesu is quite tall, with a white mohawk, dark violet eyes, and has pale pink skin similar to his siblings. He wears a long-sleeved lilac shirt, an olive green sleeveless coat with red lining and a gold button, along with a dark yellow sash around his waist. He wears light gray pants that are covered by the coat. He wears a white cape similar to Dabura and Gomah, and matching white boots. Degesu's outfit has some glaring differences when compared to the Supreme Kais, as, unlike the Supreme Kais who have penguin-tailed coats, Degesu's coat is much more like a trench coat that wraps around him but has a slight opening at the bottom front, and his boots are unique among the Supreme Kais in that they are not pointy. Unlike most regular Supreme Kais, with the exception of the Grand Supreme Kai, Degesu is the only one of the similar rank who is shown wearing a cape. Lastly, he does not use Potara, as they are considered "divine items".

Degesu is a serious individual who takes his duties under the Supreme Demon King Gomah very seriously. He has a semi-formal and impassive demeanor when around Gomah, and becomes very nervous when things don't go according to plan and Gomah yells at him for solutions, but mostly maintains his composure. He has a sense of organization, carrying a notepad and pen to jot down important details if necessary, but is not the brightest Glind; planning to become the Supreme Demon King but having no real plans on how to do so. He will not hesitate to use extreme force if necessary, such as attacking Dende for trying to stop him from summoning Shenron and interfering with Gomah's plans as a whole and later drawing a gun on baby Dende to threaten the Dragon Team. He believes that a Glind should naturally seek higher positions of power. Ironically, like Gomah, Degesu is so submissive and cowardly that he hesitates to disable Sir Warp, despite the fact that doing so would impede the Dragon Team's progress towards the First Demon World. Degesu has great animosity towards his older brother Shin, referring to him as a "meddling upstart" and resenting him for supposedly acting like he knows everything. He has a dim view of mortals, as he dislikes Shin bothering to help them, believing that deities should not participate in mortal affairs. While he is respectful towards his sister Arinsu, he shares Gomah's apprehension about her manipulative personality, though he is ultimately just as ambitious but not as intelligent. Degesu seeks to overthrow Gomah, but when he enacts his plan, his haphazard actions lead the Dragon Team straight to him and without the Evil Third Eye to defend himself due to not waiting for his henchman to return with the desired object.

At the Demon King's Palace, Degesu and Gomah use a magical monitor to skip through the major events that occurred when Earth was invaded by the Organization of Babidi and Majin Buu. While watching these events, Degesu considers Dabura a disgrace for falling under Babidi's control and discovers that his brother is involved. While investigating further events, Degesu and Gomah are taken aback by the power that mortals on Earth possess. After learning of Dabura's defeat, Degesu tells Gomah that he is now the new Supreme Demon King and bows to him. However, his celebration is short-lived when Dr. Arinsu arrives and sparks Gomah's anxiety after threatening to cut off his research funding, suggesting that the mortals who defeated Majin Buu will invade the Demon Realm. After hearing this, Gomah tells Degesu that they will use Earth's Dragon Balls to weaken everyone involved in the battle with Buu and acquire the Evil Third Eye. They also decide to take Neva with them and depart through Sir Warp to Universe 7's Earth. Upon arriving at the Lookout, after Neva has restored the Dragon Balls, Degesu stops Dende from interfering while Gomah summons Shenron to turn everyone who fought Majin Buu and his friends into children and babies. [2] However, he is surprised to learn that they only get one wish for being first-time users and that Neva cannot restore the Dragon Balls twice in a row. Degesu calms an angry Gomah by reminding him that mortals are harmless now, giving him the idea to take the infant Dende with them so that the Dragon Balls will no longer be usable on Earth. Degesu then takes Dende from Mr. Popo and returns to the Demon Realm. Some time later, Degesu and Gomah review the footage of Vegeta's first battle with Innocent Buu and notice Dr. Arinsu in the background collecting some of Buu's waste after he was blown to pieces.

While Degesu does not appear to be a particularly battle-oriented Kai compared to the Southern Supreme Kai or Zamasu, he is still powerful enough to effortlessly defeat Dende with a single blow. He is easily knocked out by Mini Piccolo with one blow.

Magic Monitor - The user is in an orb-like sphere where they can watch historical events. Ray Gun - A weapon that fires laser beams capable of causing massive damage to a normal being, but useless to someone with a higher power level.
