Soos is a stocky, burly man. He has light skin and small eyes, and wears a green t-shirt with a "?" symbol on it, which he got at the Mystery Shack when he started working, brown shorts, and white socks with brown shoes. He usually wears a light brown cap most of the time.

Soos is a very friendly and lovable employee whose desire is to be where the action is, stating that he is always noticing weird things in Gravity Falls.

He also said that he "thinks the furry mailman is a werewolf", when he is just a furry mailman; this shows his eager and curious nature. Soos also has a good friendship with Mabel Pines, such as a secret handshake. Dipper obviously likes him, but can get angry with him easily.
