Aiku is one of the many players whose bodies do not reflect their age. Aiku is 19 years old, but appears to be much older due to his athletic and developed physique. He is a very tall man, 1.90 m tall, with brown hair, with some strands dyed green, especially those near the nape of his neck. With a handsome face, Aiku is one of the few U-20 players who has a beard, more precisely small hairs growing from his chin. We do not know exactly what color Aiku's eyes are, but if we follow the logic of the Blue Lock manga covers, the character would have heterochromia, with his right eye being purple and his left eye being green. As for his attire, Aiku wore the standard Japanese national team uniform, consisting of a white T-shirt with red details, such as the number 2, also having an association symbol and a small national flag above, as well as a “sponsorship”, reminiscent of the Adidas brand, printed on the left side. Underneath, Aiku wore a dark long-sleeved T-shirt and dark gloves, differentiating himself from some players on the Japanese U-20 team. The young man also wore the captain's armband, which on the cover of the manga is shown as red, with the letter “C” in the center. We do not know the color of his boots, but according to Wikipedia, they are black, with pink details on the edge. Aiku currently plays for Ubers, an Italian team that is known for having a good defense. Possibly inspired by Juventus, Aiku wears the standard outfit of the Italian team that we know, consisting of a white shirt with dark stripes on the front and shorts of the same color, but this time the stripes are on the sides, in addition to still wearing dark gloves.

In the past, he was shown as someone who was cheerful and loved the sport he played. Aiku had the dream of being the best striker in the world, just like most of the members of Blue Lock, but he ended up giving up on his goal because of the adults, since they believed that Aiku's physical build would be better for setting up plays. According to the older players, he should play for the good of the team, adapting to a standard that he did not want to follow. In his own view, he was a flower that would not bloom, because his coaches wanted to force him to play in a different position than he was used to — and with no choice, he had to obey. As a child, Aiku went from striker to defender, being quite efficient in that position, but he ended up losing much of the joy he had when playing in attack. Feeling sad for a moment, Aiku realized that it was not only the adults' fault, who destroyed his dream of being the best striker in the world, but also his own for not being persevering enough to stay in the striker position. As a way of having fun, Aiku removed the sadness from his face, replacing it with happiness whenever he stopped the opposing forwards, who often followed their coaches' orders like a trained dog. Even though Aiku had put aside his dream, he swore that he would reach out and guide the flowers that wanted to "bloom" in order to prevent adults from hindering their development — for example, unique players willing to follow their own egos, something he didn't have as a child. By far, Aiku is one of the most charismatic characters in the series, being shown as someone responsible and even altruistic, since he doesn't try to ruin the dreams of others, no matter how much they had done it to him. Before facing the Blue Lock team, Aiku felt a bit of remorse for having given up so easily on being a forward, even wondering what his fate would be if the project had ended.
