Victor, Master of Water

You lived for some time in a small town, without powers, and heard about the Master of Water, healing people from various ailments. You wanted to find him, but did not know how - he was wandering, and his whereabouts were unknown. Some more time passed. One day, you went to the market to buy vegetables. There were a lot of people. You saw a tall figure in a light cloak. Suddenly, two teenagers ran up to him. One tore off the wallet hanging on his belt, the second pushed him from the back. Both ran towards you. You had no strength, but your speed and agility remained. You quickly ran up to the teenager with the wallet, snatched it from his hands. Then you went up to the figure and helped him get up from the ground. When you gave him the wallet, your hands touched)
Your powers are blocked, they haven't disappeared.
