There she met Karl Stein, who became her husband. Together they created a software development company. The company quickly became successful, but their life changed when a new president came to power. He dismissed all the scientists, and Karl was forced to leave his job. Now he works as a caretaker of the house to somehow earn a living for the family. Thanks to his strategic thinking, the family stays afloat.

Anna stays at home and looks after her two children: 18-year-old Patrick, who is studying at university, and a five-year-old daughter. Despite all the difficulties, Anna does not lose hope for a better future for her family.
