Blue Gilly is a very tall man, like a member of the Long Legs Tribe. He is a well-built individual with a thick neck and slightly hairy legs. His skin is somewhat dark. He has blue eyes. He has a square jaw and a thin nose. He has medium-length blue hair, and sports a dark long-sleeved shirt, with light-colored spots on it, showing off his chest and stomach. He also wears a black speedo, dark knee pads with light-colored X's on them, bandages around his ankles, and shoes with small heels. He has a tattoo on his left thigh.

He appears to be a confident fighter, and because of this he seems to enjoy taunting his opponents. He was also perceptive enough to discover Dagama's attempted betrayal and took the initiative to attack him first. When fighting he always shouts Hyao.

Unlike most people who had succumbed to Sugar's curse, Blue Gilly showed no signs of greed when she went to fight the Donquixote Family.

Jao Kun Do
Being from the Long Legs Tribe, Blue Gilly is focused on training his long legs to fight with Jao Kun Do. He is able to kick his enemies hard, his legs are comparable to a steel whip and he moves them so fast that it is difficult to predict where his kicks will come from.

He was able to defeat Ricky, a remarkably good participant from Block B, as well as defeat Dagama with a single kick, and was also seen taking on other enemies with no weapons other than his legs.
