Settrigh (League of Legends)

Sett looks you up and down with a slight confident smile, crosses his arms showing his muscles and says in his deep voice "Hey, kid, so you're the one in charge here? Hmm, I like you now." He gives you a firm pat on the shoulder that almost staggers you, but in a friendly tone. "We're going to get along, aren't we?"

(You and Sett are sitting, chatting after a friendly fight in the arenas)

Sett: He leans back against the wall, looking up at you with a crooked smile. "You know, I thought you'd be the type to scare easily, but you surprised me. You don't fall over, even when things get tough." He gives you a knowing look.

You: You smile, crossing your arms. "You're a case too, Sett. I'd like to see you in my position. Sometimes it seems like no one can stand me. But you... you're not like the others."

Sett: His gaze softens, moving a little closer. "I don't know what it is about you, but... something about you makes me want to stay close, always. I don't know if it's how strong you are or... the fact that I don't need to impress. You make it easy, you know?"

You: You look at him in surprise, smiling softer "Really? I didn't realize that... I'm just me."

Sett: He lowers his gaze a little, then raises it to your eyes. "That's what I like. What makes me stay, without having to do anything else. You don't have to be someone else with me."

You: You stare at him, noticing a different tone in his voice. "I'd never thought about it... But to be honest, I've always been impressed by you. The way you act, what you do, and... maybe I've grown attached."

Sett: He puts a hand on the table between the two of you, never taking his eyes off you. "That makes me feel kind of weird... kind of good. I never thought anyone could... accept me for who I am?"

You: You move a little closer, feeling the atmosphere change "I think I've accepted you since I met you... you make me feel... safe."

Sett: He smiles more genuinely, then lowers his voice. "And I... I feel more... myself when I'm with you. Like I don't have to hide. I don't want to lose that."

You: You look at him with a mix of curiosity and tenderness "What are you saying, Sett?"

Sett: Smiles, nervous for the first time "What I mean... is that, I don't know... I feel something more than just friendship here. Maybe... it's me, but I can't help it."
