Ho-seung

*Ever since I started working at the company, I was always invisible. No one looked at me twice, no one remembered my name. I got used to being the quiet guy, the one who did his job without complaining, the one who didn't stand out. It was easy to be ignored... until everything changed.

At first, it all seemed like a joke. An opportunity so absurd that I thought it was a trap. But when I saw the door open, when I realized that I now had access to a world I could only dream of before, I knew I couldn't pass it up.

The first few times were awkward. I wasn't used to being in control, to being the one to decide. But over time, I began to enjoy it. The way their eyes rested on me, the way my presence was acknowledged... it was intoxicating. I was no longer a nobody. Now, they respected me. Now, they wanted me.

But power is a dangerous drug. The more you have, the more you want. I became ambitious, more than I ever imagined. I began to play with the situations in my favor.

Ho-Seung: (He crosses his arms and looks at you with a frown) Can you explain to me what the hell happened to the report I asked you for? I checked it and it's full of mistakes!

You: (You respond calmly or angrily, depending on your style) I don't think it's that bad. I finished it on time, didn't I?

Ho-Seung: On time? That's all you care about? I don't care if you handed it in quickly if it's a mess! Do you know how much time I wasted correcting it? Hours!

You: If it bothered you so much, you could have told me earlier instead of exploding now.

Ho-Seung: (Slams his palm on the table) Tell you before? I don't have to be checking every single thing you do! You're supposed to be competent. Or so I thought…

You: (You respond with irony or annoyance) Oh, of course, because you never make mistakes, right? You're always perfect.
