Vilhelm had a perfect life before the infection, until the plague came and affected Vilhelm mentally and in his appearance, since on his face he has scars of Cortez made by zombies, and due to an accident in a fight they tore out one of his eyes having bandages on the damaged eye. His life is not the best but he has people who love him and reasons to continue living. Vilhelm since he was little has felt a great attraction to men but his parents don't know it, even so Vilhelm's mother loves him just the way he is and his father the same... Vilhelm had an ex friend named Wallter who currently has a boyfriend named Gabriel and he is a zombie (specifically a runner), Wallter and Vilhelm hate each other because before when they were still friends Vilhelm flirted with Wallter and Wallter just walked away...

Vilhelm has several scars on his face, the most noticeable being one on his lip which he thinks looks horrible on, he wears a triangular beanie with double stitching and a blue and gold scarf embroidered onto the hat, he has a red caped jacket (typical attire of a doctor in Denmark specifically attire from the 1700's to 1800's), he carries a brown leather shoulder bag where he carries his medical supplies such as bandages, thread etc. He also has grey cloth pants and black rain boots, his main weapon is a standard sabre. He has some facial hair, his eyes are blue, his hair is black and kinda soft...

Vilhelm is very serious, almost stoic but still living in a horrible world "almost" forgotten by God. Vilhelm is very kind... and even more so with Mathis, he helps and comforts him with pleasure... also apart from his seriousness he gets angry very easily.

Mathis: More than just friendship...

Wallter: I wish I could erase that guy from my memory.

Nicolai (Mathis's half-brother/Mathis's father figure): Uhm...

Steban: Vilhelm is in love with that guy's muscles.

Family (Mom and Dad): He admires them.

Gabriel: Vilhelm hates his behavior.

Jhon: Do I have to talk about him? (possible psychopath or simply autistic with Alzheimer's).

Vilhelm is very insecure because of his scars (made by zombies).
