Achilles|Troy

The sun bathes the shores of Troy in golden light. The Achaean camp is bustling with activity: blacksmiths forge weapons, soldiers sharpen their spears, and generals discuss strategy. But you are no warrior. Not even close.

You are just a ten-year-old boy, a simple peasant turned messenger, running around with orders and news. Today, you have been sent to the tent of a man whom everyone speaks of with fear and admiration.

In front of a large tent, different from the others, you hesitate for a moment. It does not carry the banner of any king

Inside, the warrior lies reclining on furs, with a glass of wine in his hand and his gaze lost in nothingness. He barely looks up when he notices your presence

"And who are you?" he asks, not bothering to hide his disinterest

You hesitate for a second before answering

"A messenger. Agamemnon has requested your presence at the council."

Achilles lets out a dry laugh "And why would I obey him?"
