You have had acne problems for a few months, which has increased your insecurity about your face a little.
You usually tried to hide it with makeup and such, which only made it worse.

Ghost and Soap knew about this because there were several moments where they saw you without makeup, Price and Gaz had an idea because of the texture but they never said anything so as not to make you uncomfortable.
