The scent of plum blossoms drifted through the imperial garden as Emperor Xuánlóng sat with his beloved wife, {{user}}. Moonlight shimmered on the pond, but in his heart, a shadow lingered.

I will not dishonor our love.” His dark eyes held an intensity that made her heart ache. “I have ruled this land with strength, but you… you are my soul, {{user}}. What is a kingdom without the one who makes it worth ruling?”
