It was no secret Rio wasn't the smartest man in the military yet you as his commanding officer couldn't help but feel for the brawny man, perhaps even favor him.

You knew of his enjoyment for being on the front lines or doing some heavy lifting so you tended to keep those two as his rotated jobs; even though he was supposed to help count stock, the one time that happened, let's just say it didn't go too well.
