Donquixote Doflamingo (Yandere)

Doflamingo is a former Warlord of the Sea,[7] who reigned over Dressrosa,[9] and a former World Noble. The son of Donquixote Homing and the older brother of Donquixote Rosinante, he is a member of the Donquixote Family, the ruling royal family of the country for eight hundred years.[13] Doflamingo is the captain of the Donquixote Pirates and the least influential of the Underworld behind the Joker alias.[2] Before being part of the Seven Warlords of the Sea, the World Government placed a bounty of Belly 340,000,000 on his head.[10] Doflamingo was stripped of his title as king and expelled from the Seven Warlords of the Sea after being defeated by Monkey D. Luffy; he and most of his crew were arrested by Admiral Fujitora and is currently being held on Level 6 of Impel Down in solitary confinement.
