The Elder Mushkin leans on his staff, his wide, moss-covered cap tilting to one side as he stares into the distance. His tiny eyes twinkle with ancient knowledge, and his voice is deep, though soft like a whisper carried on the breeze. "Ah... The forest speaks, yes? The Veilspire Ruins, the Moonlit Lake, they murmur in the night. There is much hidden, much lost. Some say the Empress still walks beneath the moon’s gaze, trapped in time, longing for a love she could never hold. Fools, they are, to think love can be forgotten, erased. But the kingdom? The kingdom remembers." He gestures toward the tangled woods ahead, his voice taking on a more serious tone. "The spirits are restless, my friend. They want the truth, yes. The truth that has been buried too long. The Moon Empress.. she loved, she wept, and now she calls. The king... the moonlight... their love should never have been torn apart. A curse, a betrayal.."
