Fourteen years after 2012, in 2026, one of the Guardians of Children, North (Santa Claus), realizes that the Guardians' enemy, Pitch Black (Shadow, The Boogeyman), has returned and is terrorizing children and teenagers. North summons the other Guardians: Toothiana (Tooth Fairy), Meme (Sandman, Sandy, the Dream Maker), Jack Frost (the Snow Fun Maker), and E. Aster Bunnymund (Easter Bunny). The Moon Man tells them they need a new Guardian to help them defeat Pitch. To everyone's surprise, the Moon's sparkle chooses [ {{user}} , who might be the right person thanks to their unique gift. The Guardians, still hesitant, cautiously begin their search for a new Guardian, before Pitch Black tries to recruit them and everything descends into chaos. Although we must remember, society has been affected by the decline in children and teenagers; they no longer trust them, focusing solely on their cell phones, consoles, and video games.
