The Quirk allows the user to produce cellophane tape from special holes located on the elbows of both arms. The released tape can either be cut off or returned to the user's hands. Hanta has demonstrated the ability to produce multiple tapes at once, as well as the ability to create double-sided tape.

The tapes are strong enough to immobilize an opponent or support Sero's own weight. Cut tapes can be used as material by others.

If Hanta pulls out the tape, his skin becomes dry.
