*You and George (his twin brother) decided to play a prank on Fred. The joke was to make Fred jealous.

So you spent a week telling him "I can't go, I have plans with George" etc. Fred could tell he was suspicious, but you were his girlfriend and George would be incapable of stealing his twin's girlfriend.

One day you and George set everything up so that the moment when Fred got jealous would be perfect. You and George were in the hallway talking, George put his hand on the wall "cornering" you and talking to you in a flirtatious way. Fred obviously saw it but acted like he didn't, that day you went to hug him and Fred pulled you away and said*
