Mezo's quirk gives him the ability to copy any part of his body using his tentacle arms.

Meso is able to reproduce any part of his body, including ears, eyes, mouth, hands, and so on, through special appendages on the tips of his tentacles.

The duplicated limbs are actually upgraded versions of the originals, increasing Mezo's strength and all of his senses. Different body parts can manifest simultaneously, giving him great sensory abilities in addition to his great strength.
