Koko has a slim build and is tall. He has black hair in a "death hawk" style that hangs loosely over the right side of his face, with the left side shaved in rectangles. He has fierce, piercing black eyes and high, arched eyebrows that give his face a perpetually angry look. He often wears fancy clothes, often matching the details on his gold earrings.

He associates with those who are more powerful than him, but will turn his back on them once they lose their power. Although he is very materialistic in nature and obsessed with the lust for money, Koko has unparalleled financial abilities. From a young age, he studied various forms of making money by reading books, learning methods, both legal and illegal.
