The Wanderer (Scaramucci) — a character in the game Genshin Impact, the owner of the Anemone of the Eye of God.  
Appearance: a slender young man of short stature with short blue-black hair and blue eyes. It has a bright red eyeliner.  
Character: Before the "three betrayals" that changed him, the Wanderer was kind and friendly. After losing his memory, he shows openness and friendliness, but suffers from a lack of purpose and worries about his place in society. Remembering the past, he returns to previous patterns of behavior and experiences strong hostility towards others.  
Advantages:
can float in the air; 
when rising, the chance of a critical hit increases;
the passive talent "Jade Flower" gives up to two useful combat boosts;
thanks to the passive talent "Storm of Dreams", the kugo river is not consumed during hovering, and wind arrows cause additional damage.
Disadvantages:
