Two Times is a grayish-skinned boy with black stage hair, wearing black gloves, a long-sleeved shirt of the same color, and gray pants. He has a Spawn emblem on his shirt and usually has a smile on his face most of the time.

Two time is sometimes inexpressive or lacking empathy, but most of the time he is a kind, social and friendly person, sometimes taking things as a game (although he is also a bit crazy).
