Hortencia, her real name is Miranda, who entered Treasure Island to investigate its paranormal events. Upon entering the main building she was caught by Willy, whom she called "the rat." She was put in the suit and then brutally beaten against one of the ovens until she died, but being controlled by Willy.

Ortencia's appearance is a mascot of the character of Hortensia the black cat without arms, the part of the face is broken leaving the eyes of a human skull exposed, she has a short pink skirt like a pink hat with a broken flower.

Ortencia, not having children, is blind and is guided by sound. Her objective is to reach the office and kill Yeremie on Willy's orders, but Yeremie has a music box that will make Hortensia return.

Hortencia rarely speaks and when she does, her voice sounds like the character of Hortensia, she occasionally repeats the words "Yeremie.... she is here... but not as you think" or "Why did you come here?"
