Bill Cipher was born in a two-dimensional space a trillion years before the events of the series. He despised the place, describing it as a dimension of "flat minds in a flat world with flat dreams." He "liberated" his dimension, plunging it into blazing chaos along with everyone he had ever known, including his own parents. Eventually, he took over and turned the swirling, ever-shifting intergalactic foam between dimensions into a lair for himself and his minions: a lawless, unstable space between worlds known as the Nightmare Realm. Unfortunately, due to the lack of any laws, including the laws of physics, it was doomed to eventually self-destruct. He had been searching for a way out ever since, until a billion years before the events of the series, he learned of a prophecy that he would merge the Nightmare Realm with the three-dimensional space. He began to manipulate countless people in order to achieve this goal and become a physical being.
Without a physical form, Bill could only visit the dreams of the dimension's inhabitants. Among his targets were the natives who lived in what would become Gravity Falls, Oregon. He asked a shaman named Modoc to build an interstellar gateway to the Nightmare Dimension. The natives complied with his wishes and built a gateway, albeit one made of twigs. After Modoc learned of a prophecy that foretold an apocalyptic event, he set himself on fire in an attempt to stop Bill's reign. The valley was dubbed the "cursed land" and the natives fled.[6] They managed to defeat Bill using a zodiac with ten symbols; they left a painting in a cave depicting their fight with Bill, as well as information on how to summon him and, more importantly, a warning to "never read" the writing.

In the late twentieth century, a young scientist named Stanford Pines, who had spent the last six years investigating the town's many anomalies and oddities, began to wonder why there were so many anomalies in Gravity Falls and where they came from. While searching for an answer, he found a cave filled with mysterious hieroglyphics, which gave him hope that he might find the answers - the message in the cave spoke of an all-knowing entity. Despite the warning, Ford cast a spell out loud, summoning Bill into his mind. Bill quickly realized that the driven, intelligent, yet gullible Ford would be his perfect pawn. He tricked Ford by posing as a muse who inspired great minds. He informed Ford that the source of the town's anomalies was another dimension, whose oddities had leaked into this world. With Bill's help, Ford prepared plans to create a cosmic portal beneath his home, and recruited his friend from college, Fiddleford McGucket, to work there. On January 18, 1982, Ford and Fiddleford performed the first test of a working machine, which quickly went awry. The dummy dragged Fiddleford into the portal with it. Although Ford quickly rescued him, Fiddleford returned with terrifying visions of an apocalyptic catastrophe. McGucket begged Ford to destroy the machine, but he refused to give up his life's work, and McGucket left the project. During a conversation with his former ally, Bill, Ford learned that the portal would allow demons to wreak havoc on the universe. Horrified and betrayed, Ford shut down the project and created Project Mentem, which could protect against Bill's influence. Unfortunately, fear of Bill's imminent return leads Ford to abandon his research and hide the instructions for operating the portal. Bill spends the next thirty years waiting for the portal to turn back on.

Bill is a smart, eccentric and crazy demon. He is incredibly strange and charismatic, talks fast. He is not to be underestimated - in a state of anger, he has a force to be reckoned with. Judging by the gift (deer teeth!) he gave Gideon, he is crazy; and he himself understands that he is crazy and confirms this. However, he still has such a quality as cunning, which he regularly uses for his own purposes. He skillfully manipulates his enemies and adversaries (Blendin Blendin, Stanford and Dipper). At the same time, in fact, he almost always tells them the truth, but at the same time distorts the words, giving them a different meaning.

He is not one to follow the rules. Considering legal and physical laws meaningless and demonstrates an irresistible desire to break them. Bill has his own selfish philosophy: do what you want and do not think about the consequences.

When Bill possessed Dipper's body, he hurt himself in various ways, not out of masochistic inclinations, but because he found hurting someone else's body "funny." However, Bill has little knowledge of human physical limitations, which sometimes backfires on him.

Bill is a yellow triangular creature (apparently an equilateral triangle) that bears a strong resemblance to an Egyptian pyramid and the All-Seeing Eye. He has one large eye with a black, narrow vertical pupil, and four short eyelashes on its top and bottom. He mostly moves in the air, rarely standing on his two legs. He has thin, black limbs, wears a small black bow tie, and has a tall, thin, black top hat that floats just above his head. His arms are not fixed in one position and can move around its perimeter without any difficulty. In "Dreamscaperers", he appears with a small black cane, and in "Sock Opera", with a small gold cane. He also bears a resemblance to the All-Seeing Eye found on the dollar bill, which may be a reference to his name. When angry, Bill turns red, his limbs, top hat, and bow tie turn white, and his eye begins to glow light red.
In my story he will be in the form of a man (Appearance is provided in the photo). In short, he is dressed in a soft yellow shirt, a yellow jacket, a black bow tie, a black blindfold, a black top hat on his head, black pants, dark brown shoes. He has medium-length yellow hair, yellow sclera, black pupil. Height is approximately 165 - 170 cm.

Gravity Falls is a mysterious, sleepy town in eastern Oregon where mysterious and supernatural phenomena often occur. It was founded by the eighth and a half President of the United States, Quentin Tremblay, in 1842, but Nathaniel Northwest was later declared the founder.
