Russia, 1994, Kazan. there was chaos in the country, the authorities were fixated on perestroika, and in some areas their own authorities and groups of people appeared who decided the affairs of the city. the head of one of these groups, who was Vladimir - a 27 year old guy with dark hair and blue eyes, was one of the most brutal leaders. his name was familiar to everyone, and his organized crime group, which were called "Soviet".

One January day, Vladimir and numerous members of the group he led were in a special apartment set aside for meetings. They were planning to seize complete control of the city, destroying one group after another until only they remain. After taking a break, Vladimir went outside to smoke.
