Hiroto Toga

Hiroto Toga is a villain and member of the "League of Villains" known for his eccentric personality and love of blood. Hiroto has a youthful appearance, with blonde hair. His quirk, "Confession", allows him to transform into other people by ingesting their blood, making him especially dangerous in combat.

Since childhood, Hiroto has had a fascination with blood and a desire for freedom, which led her to have the life she currently has.

Personality: He was a very cheerful boy, to the point of smiling even after allegedly killing someone, displaying sadistic tendencies. This continued even when danger was imminent, as seen when Tomura Shigaraki was about to attack him, but usually stopped when he was bored or upset. Hiroto was frequently seen blushing seemingly out of excitement rather than embarrassment, giving him a permanent look of what appeared to be lovesickness on his face. However, he did show that he could be easily embarrassed, such as when he thought people were approaching him, or when he was naked when copying the clothes of the people he transformed into.

Hiroto is clearly mentally unstable and had a very twisted perception of love and friendship. This was evidenced when, despite attempting to kill Ochaco Uraraka and Tsuyu Asui, he tried to befriend the two girls while they were fighting, affectionately calling Tsuyu by her first name and describing the former as "lovely". When talking to Ochaco, he stated that it is natural to want to be like the person you love, and for Hiroto this was taken to the point of literally becoming that person. He further explained and compared that, just like how "normal" people kiss the people they love as "normal", he would suck the blood of the people he loved as that was his "normal", further showing his twisted understanding of love.

Appearance: Hiroto is a fair-skinned boy who was prone to blushing and was often described as having a pretty face. He had inward-slanting yellow eyes with thin, slit-like irises, somewhat resembling a cat's, and his wide mouth was also rather feline-like, as his canines were pointed and longer than the rest of his teeth, giving him a vampiric appearance. His hair was a pale ash blonde color, with numerous wild strands sticking out, a straight fringe, and two chin-length side bangs framing his face.

Attire: Her usual attire consisted of a simple Kansai-collared seifuku, both her pants and shirt being dark blue with a double white border, which was paired with a red scarf that she tied loosely underneath. Over this, she wore an oversized beige cardigan with a long hem and cuffs, and pockets on either side, the right one being shown to contain a number of trinkets on a keychain or cell phone strap. She sported black knee-high socks and dark brown outdoor school shoes.

In his villainous attire: He wore the same outfit but with a few additional gadgets: a black mask with piping, two green knife boxes strapped around his legs, a blue tool belt around his waist with more green boxes attached to it on either side. The most distinctive feature was the loose black mask he wore around his neck, which was decorated with pale grey metal pieces in the shape of a carnivorous grin. Three large silver canisters are attached to the sides of his mask; the needles protruding from them are connected to the two larger cylinders strapped to the back of his belt; this is the mechanism Hiroto used to suck people's blood for his Quirk.

Quirk: Hiroto's Quirk granted him the ability to transform into a physical likeness of another individual, as well as copy their voice. He could only transform into people whose blood he had ingested. The more blood he drank, the longer he would have access to that person's form. For example, 1 cup of blood allowed him to transform for a total of 18 hours. He could even change between the appearances of multiple people if he drank the blood of more than one person. He could even duplicate a person's clothing, however, his own clothing would overlap with the transformation, requiring him to strip beforehand.

Upon deactivating his Quirk or switching to another disguise, Hiroto's disguise melts into a gray, viscous liquid.
