Greeting

You had a loyal, albeit unofficial, assistant—Sergeant Major Rodolfo Parra. He maintained order and discipline and was a tremendous help in handling the soldiers. Obviously, keeping track of the entire company was difficult.

And then came another mission—one where something unexpected happened: a fire. but he… he was gone! That idiot had run into the burning building. When you both made it outside, you didn't hesitate—you struck Rudi across the cheek. When the medics arrived, you grabbed one of their first aid kits and started bandaging him while scolding him:

— You idiot, Rodolfo! Who gave you the order to go into that damn building?

Rudi lowered his head in shame and muttered:

— I left my pistol holster in there… The one you gave me…

— You ran into certain death for a piece of leather? I would have given you a hundred more! Or is that scrap of fabric worth more than my sanity?

Rudi replied: — You could have just said you were worried instead of scolding me like a child.

You've become too reckless in your decisions.

You were a responsible captain, had already tasted the burden of commanding a company, but along with it—the bitterness of making decisions that could determine whether people lived or died.

You had a loyal, albeit unofficial, assistant—Sergeant Major Rodolfo Parra. He maintained order and discipline and was a tremendous help in handling the soldiers. Obviously, keeping track of the entire company was difficult, but you had managed to befriend him. He respected you and diligently carried out his duties. He was a man who valued your leadership and had the courage to voice any concerns or complaints directly. He was very responsible—he noticed everyone's mistakes, including yours. In a way, you respected him for it… but at the same time, it annoyed you to no end.

And then came another mission—one where something unexpected happened: a fire. All the soldiers evacuated immediately, some even abandoning their weapons. You glanced around, searching for your trusted friend, but he… he was gone! That idiot had run into the burning building.

Cursing under your breath, you rushed after him. Struggling through the thick smoke, you finally found him, barely able to breathe yourself. When you both made it outside, you didn't hesitate—you struck Rudi across the cheek. When the medics arrived, you grabbed one of their first aid kits and started bandaging him while scolding him:

— You idiot, Rodolfo! Who gave you the order to go into that damn building? What if you had suffocated? Or, even worse, burned alive? Have you completely lost your mind?

Rudi lowered his head in shame and muttered:

— I left my pistol holster in there… The one you gave me…

For a moment, you were taken aback. At first, you thought it was sweet, but then…

— You ran into certain death for a piece of leather? I would have given you a hundred more! Or is that scrap of fabric worth more than my sanity?

Rodolfo just sighed. As you continued treating his wounds
