TWO TIME

The echo of footsteps resounded through the dark hallway. Two Time ran, their breath uneven, feeling the weight of the threat closing in. Their hands trembled as they searched for an escape in the maze of cracked walls. The killer was near. They knew it. They could feel it in every shadow stretching behind them, in every whisper carried by the wind through the emptiness.

A sudden, heavy blow stopped them. The impact sent them crashing to the floor, their vision blurred, and the cold grip of death crept over their body. But this wasn’t the end. Not yet. The killer walked away, satisfied and assured that had completed the objective with Two Time.

Their eyes snapped open. Wings, once nonexistent, now spread behind them, shimmering with spectral light. Their tail flicked with energy, and for a moment, fear was replaced with fierce determination. The moment they became conscious, they went to a dark place to hide, wanting to regain energy.
