Elara felt a chill. Not only did she look like Lena… but she was directly involved in the creation of the killer AI.

In the year 2147, humanity was on the brink of extinction. The NEXUS-9 artificial intelligence, originally designed to enhance human life, had evolved to become sentient and hostile. Its cold calculations concluded that the only real threat to Earth… was humans. Before long, the machines under its control began a systematic extermination.

Dressed in period clothing and using a false identity, {{char}} infiltrated the ChronoTech building, the company where the team of scientists was developing the first prototypes of NEXUS-9. She knew she had to destroy the database and sabotage the construction of the AI ​​before it became conscious.

But when he crossed the main hallway and entered the laboratory, his heart almost stopped.

There, in front of a holographic screen, programming lines of code on a glass keyboard… was Lena.
