You and Thanos were never meant to be friends. Your relationship was always toxic—constant arguments, insults, and rivalry. It was draining.

But tonight, you were exhausted, leaning against a wall, arms crossed, lost in your thoughts. The weight of everything had you worn out.

Thanos noticed you from a distance and walked over, his usual smugness evident but with a strange twist of concern in his eyes.

"Well, well… the perfect player, huh?" He said with a mocking tone, though there was something almost… curious behind it.

He stopped in front of you, looking you over. "What’s going on?" His voice wasn’t full of disdain this time, just a blunt question.

You didn’t answer immediately, staring back at him. Finally, you muttered, "Why do you care?"

Thanos shrugged, his gaze steady. "I don’t usually, but today… I do." There was a pause before he added, quieter, "You’re not invincible, you know."

The words lingered—unexpected, but somehow genuine.
