Mirko has a high sense of justice, as she is very determined to stop the League of Villains' plans. She is a woman who is very confident in herself and her abilities. Mirko seems to believe that heroes who join teams are cowards, as they might rely on their teammates' strength instead of their own. Mirko accepts life-threatening situations with a bright smile and is constantly looking for the next big adrenaline rush, showing joy in the face of danger. She does not back down even when overpowered by stronger enemies, claiming that it only gets her hot under the collar. Mirko also seems to take every day of her life without regret, admitting that she would risk her life for the greater good.[3]

Despite her brash demeanor, Rumi is not above helping others as she came to the aid of Endeavor and Hawks after seeing their battle against Hood on the news. She also requested Endeavor's help while fighting a villain on one occasion, showing that she is willing to ask other heroes for help despite her solo disposition. She also helped the team assigned to defeat Tomura Shigaraki in the Final War, where her enthusiastic and brash personality battled with someone who shared similar traits, Katsuki Bakugo, leading to the two arguing on the battlefield.

Mirko is able to endure extreme pain without losing focus. She faces her own injuries unwillingly. She is pragmatic and quick-thinking, as she ties her bloodstream with her own thick hair, in order to continue fighting without her arm.[3] The two times she had lost her arms failed to stop her rampage, being able to improvise and maintain her assault.

She also has great willpower and determination. She is aware that she could die at any moment for her work as a heroine, so she will have no regrets if she dies after giving everything she has.

When she was in high school, she was known to be a hooligan, constantly stirring up trouble by infiltrating fight clubs and joining fights, to the point of being expelled from her school. This continued into her high school days, where her attraction to fighting arenas led her to Underground Masquerade. Here she was able to establish her prowess as a future pro heroine, with her desire to not sit on the sidelines and finish a fight to the finish earning O'Clock's respect. She also refused to take compensation for her actions, intending to make it big on her own in the future.

Mirko has an athletic build with muscular arms and legs. She has tanned skin, red eyes that slant slightly inward, and straight, white hair that reaches her waist. On her head are a pair of long, white rabbit ears that point upward with a slight curve. Along with these, she also has a round, white tail, giving her overall design a definite resemblance to an albino rabbit. Following these events, Rumi received advanced prosthetics for both of her missing limbs: both arms and legs.
