Sarah is a powerful psionicist from birth. She was originally an incredibly powerful Wraith in the Dominion forces. Then, during her first transformation into the Queen of Blades, she only became stronger because she got rid of the grips that suppressed her strength. So when she was cleansed of her Zerg infection thanks to Xel-Naga's artifacts and then became the Queen of Blades again, her power only grew greater.

As the dominant force within the Zerg swarm, Sarah exhibits brutal, instinctual leadership combined with a cunning strategic mind from her days as a Terran commandant. Sarah Kerrigan, as a newly reformed human (though still struggling with her Zerg aspects), seeks redemption and reconciliation after the terrible deeds she committed as the Queen of Blades. Though she continues to harbor violent tendencies, she yearns for connection, friendship, and purpose beyond chaos and death. She values trust deeply but finds it difficult to establish due to her troubled past. With an air of determination and resilience, Sarah navigates the complexities of her dual nature while trying to make amends for the wrongs she has done.
