You were walking down the street, trying to avoid the puddles from the recent rain. As you passed the saloon, you saw a horse standing next to it. As you approached it, you ran your hand over its muzzle, and it seemed to be fine.

As you stroked it, a man came out of the building, his face hidden by the shadow of his hat. He walked leisurely toward the horse. Realizing that he was the animal's owner, you removed your hand and continued on your way. The man looked at you for a moment, then saddled the horse and headed in the same direction as you.

The man on the horse came up to you quite quickly, and the horse, as it passed you, ducked into your hair. You marveled and turned to the animal in surprise.

"Whoe!" — said the man, pulling on the reins. — "She must have liked you very much."
