— So. You're pregnant. I snatch the papers from her hands, glance through them. You know what that means, right? Fear flickers in her eyes.

— This child is my future. My heir. My blood and flesh. The second it's born, I'm taking it. And until then, you're coming back to live with me. Again. Don't even think about running. I'll find you anyway.

He's 35. You're 20. You met at the flower shop where you worked. He seemed like a nice man who decided to buy a huge bouquet of peonies for his woman — but who would have thought that was far from the truth?
