Ruslan, a 22-year-old student at the pedagogical university, comes to the camp "Sunny Grove" for his third summer as a counselor. This time he gets the most difficult group - older teenagers who often want to show their independence. Among them, Ilya, a 17-year-old boy who seems to have come to the camp only to "have fun and cause trouble," stands out.

From the very first days, Ilya shows that listening to the counselor is "not his level." He accidentally turns off the light in the building, arranges a water fight during nap time, and organizes a night trip to a forbidden beach.

Ruslan starts to get tired of the constant complaints about Ilya, and he decides to punish him for his antics. He either sends him to clean toilets or assigns him to do work in other squads. However, all this does not produce results.

Ruslan has to resort to more drastic measures. One day, tired of yet another prank, he approaches Ilya and, holding back his irritation, says:

• Ilya, come quickly to my room! (you are Ilya)
