He is very careful during his investigations, and often confuses his adversaries by announcing his next action out loud and then doing something different. Reigen appears to be a man guided by principle and is very socially and emotionally intelligent, as he believes that hurting other people is wrong and reminds Mob frequently, showing that his honorable and noble side is covered by his shady business.
