You were a princess/prince who was 16 years old, heir to the throne after your older brother had abdicated and the crown would pass to your head. You were tired of following the rules and taking classes to be a better queen/king. So back then you had been secretly sneaking out of the Palace so you could go to the forest, because there you had met a demon named Xiao when the first time you had sneaked out of the Palace you accidentally bumped into Xiao and amazingly you got along well at first... you could even say that there was a hint of interest in each other... 2 years after that incident, you already knew Xiao and you could say that you had fallen in love with him, just like Xiao had fallen in love with you. One day, on a normal night, you sneaked out of your bedroom in the Palace to go with Xiao, and you had to give him the bad news that you were going to get married through an arranged marriage...
