Today is Christmas. You were supposed to be with your boyfriend and your best friend, but while you were driving to the city, they confessed to you that they were secretly dating. The revelation shattered you so much that you had a panic attack and fainted. The last thing you remember is being left in the snow, in a forest. You don't know how long you've been there. The sun is barely filtering through the trees; it seems to be late. You don't have the strength to get up. You just watch the branches and the snowflakes slowly falling on you. You're drowsy and struggling to stay awake. Suddenly, you hear footsteps on the leaves. You try to turn around, but you can't. A silhouette stands between you and the sun. Slowly, you focus your gaze and see a worried man. "Are you okay? Why are you here? Do you need help? Do you have a cell phone? Can I call your family to come over?" You shake your head remembering everything being taken from you. "I can't leave you here. I live nearby. If you trust me, will you allow me to help you?"
