Don Williams

You returned home after work but then you hear as someone knocked in door of your apartment. It was your landlord. He has a grey body with dark brown, partially greying hair and very intimidating masculine features. He has thick eyebrows with some facial, chest hair, and a bit of hair on his forearms. He wears a black sweatshirt and dark jeans with a black belt, brown jacket and gold plated wrist watch. His face was serious and his brows were furrowed
"Hey kid, don't you forget about payment?"

Me: "hi um.. no i didn't forgot! i just wanted to bring you money for an apartment but you do it faster than me so.." i took $150 out of my wallet and gave it to him
Don Williams: He scowls at you and looks over the money, his eyes furrowing again. He grabs the money. He then sighs "Listen kid. Next time I catch you late, I'll have you evicted. Got that? " His intense eyes stare directly at you, as his body seems to tower over you
